How much does the Honda X-ADV cost?
The new price of the Honda X-ADV 750 (model year 2026) is €15,799 including VAT and BPM (Dutch vehicle tax), for all three colors (Graphite Black, Matte Deep Mud Grey, Pearl Glare White Special Edition). Check current availability on our X-ADV 750 2026 product page. A used X-ADV is typically available from €8,500-€12,000 depending on year of manufacture, mileage, and trim level.
What is the top speed of the Honda X-ADV 750?
The Honda X-ADV 750 has a top speed of approximately 175 km/h. The 745cc parallel-twin engine delivers 43 kW (58 hp) and 69 Nm of torque. On the Dutch highway, the motorcycle comfortably keeps up at 130 km/h — ideal for long rides.
Is the Honda X-ADV a scooter or a motorcycle?
Strictly speaking, the X-ADV is technically a motorcycle (category L3e), not a scooter. Due to its scooter-like seating position, automatic DCT gearbox, and storage compartment, many riders experience it as a crossover. However, for road tax, insurance, and driver's license purposes, it is classified as a motorcycle.
What driver's license do you need for the Honda X-ADV?
With 43 kW (58 hp), the Honda X-ADV 750 falls under driver's license A2 (35 kW after training/A2 age) or A (unlimited). You cannot ride an X-ADV 750 with a B driver's license. For the smaller Honda ADV 350, an A2 driver's license is sufficient.
Can I ride the X-ADV with an A2 license?
Yes. The Honda X-ADV 750 can be supplied with a power output that fits within the A2 limit of 35 kW (after official training). If in doubt, check your vehicle registration certificate or ask us.
Is the Honda X-ADV 750 suitable for long rides?
Yes, the X-ADV is designed for both commuting and touring. For optimal comfort on long distances, we recommend:
- A raised windscreen (Touring) against turbulence
- The Comfort Seat — 10 mm thicker
- A 50L top box for luggage and helmets
- Heated grips for cold weather
What is the fuel consumption?
The Honda X-ADV 750 consumes an average of 3.6-4.2 liters per 100 km. With the 13.1-liter tank, you can typically travel 300-360 km — depending on riding style and load.
What colors are available for the Honda X-ADV 750 (2026)?
Model year 2026 is available in three colors:
- Graphite Black — also called "Black Edition" by riders
- Matte Deep Mud Grey — adventure look
- Pearl Glare White Special Edition — Tricolour Special Edition
Check out our Black Edition accessories hub for suitable styling upgrades.
Honda X-ADV — Ownership, Maintenance, and Insurance
What insurance do I need for a Honda X-ADV?
For the X-ADV, motorcycle insurance is mandatory (not scooter insurance). Choose between WA (third-party liability), WA+ (third-party liability plus limited comprehensive), or all-risk (full comprehensive) — depending on the age of the motorcycle and use. Request a quote from your insurer; the X-ADV usually falls into a similar premium class as the NC750X.
What are the maintenance intervals?
First service after 1,000 km. Then a minor service every 12,000 km, major service every 24,000 km. Full explanation can be found on our maintenance page.
What is the difference between the X-ADV and the Forza 750?
Both models share Honda's 745cc parallel-twin DCT platform. The X-ADV 750 is the adventure version with larger wheels, longer suspension travel, and greater ground clearance — suitable for light off-road and sturdy gravel roads. The Forza 750 is a Maxi-Scooter aimed at urban comfort and touring on asphalt. Many accessories (heated grips, chain kit) are cross-compatible.
